Privacy Statement

1. We wish to collect certain information from registered members in order to contact you about the 30 year class reunion. This information includes your current name, last name in high school, mailing address, and email address. We would like your email address so we can save money on postage wherever possible. This money could be better spent on activities related to the reunion. You can give us your phone number, but it isn't required. We will not sell or give away any of this personal information about you, unless some law enforcement agency is tracking you down and forces us to, in which case you should probably avoid this web site and the reunion anyway.



2. We would like registered members to share with us, at your sole discretion, certain information about your life. This is the same sort of stuff we will be printing in the reunion program, and includes information about your children, grandchildren, job, hobbies, etc. Providing this information is entirely voluntary, but we would be very happy if you would share it with us.



3. For your protection, no information stored on this web site will be visible to anybody who has not registered. Addresses and phone numbers will not be disclosed to anybody except those members of the Reunion Committee who have a need to know.



4. In setting up your profile, you have the ability to specify the following:
   
   
   1. Whether you wish to be contacted via email by the Reunion Committee, with information about the reunion and related activities. If you volunteer to help the committee, you are agreeing to receive emails from the committee as needed.
   
   
   
   2. Whether you want to let other class members view your profile. See your profile page for information about which data in your profile is viewable if you select this option.
   
   
   
   3. Whether you wish to allow other class members to contact you via email. All email contact from registered class members (except the Reunion Committee) is made anonymously via web forms. Your email address will not be disclosed to other class members unless you reply to their email. If you choose to use the contact feature to contact another classmate, your email address will be revealed to that person so he or she can reply.
5. If at any time you wish your name to be removed from the database, please contact the Reunion Committee with your request.
